Returns & Exchanges
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BLITZ ACTIVE ADHERES VERY STRICTLY TO OUR RETURN POLICY
We know that you are going to love your Blitz Active purchase, but just in case something isn't what you expected, you have the following options...
1. If you'd like a different size or colour?

Monday to Friday between 10am -4pm.
We will arrange this for you as long as the items you want are available. The exchange item will be sent to you upon our receipt of the original purchase.
2. You have 2 weeks to exchange your item(s)
We must receive the item(s) for exchange within 2 weeks from the day you receive your purchase.
The standard delivery charge of $9.95 will apply and be debited to your credit card for the exchanged garment we send you.
3. If you want to return your item(s)
You will be issued with a refund (minus shipping costs) to your credit card once we receive your returned item.
3.1 The original sale receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

4. In order to guarantee your refund
CUSTOMERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We must receive the item(s) within 2 weeks from the day you receive your purchase.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We must receive the item(s) within 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS SENT TO BLITZ ACTIVE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
When we receive the garments we will contact you for details so that your refund can be processed quickly and securely.
4.1 Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any returns.
4.2 All items purchased online for refund or exchange must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels still intact and attached.
4.3 In the event that we are unable to contact you to finalise a return transaction or your return is outside the policy period, Blitz Active reserves the right to return to you, the garments that you have sent to us from the original purchase .
4.4 In the event that an exchange is allowed outside the policy requirements, that exchange will be considered final and ineligible for further transaction.
5.1 Please be aware that we do not offer an "on Approval" service, where you might order a number of styles to decide if you like any of them. We reserve the right to reject any order that we consider falls into this category.
5.2 Selected Markdown conditions differ. Details can be found on the product detail page for any Markdown designated styles
We do not offer refunds on MARKDOWN or SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher / code. We will offer to exchange for an item of the same value if available. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
6. Faulty Merchandise
Blitz Active is committed to making the highest standard garments. However, in the event that you should receive a garment that is genuinely faulty, you should advise us either by email or phone call.
You will then send the garment back to us and after we have viewed the fault and established that it is a genuinely faulty garment, we will refund or exchange... whichever is your preference.
We will also credit your account for any costs that you incurred to return the faulty garment to us. Any replacement garment will be sent to you free of shipping charge.
